Customer Service Manager

Christopher is a Texas native born in Austin. He graduated High School in 2011 with honors from the Business Management program at Business Careers High School in San Antonio, Texas. Chris enjoys computers including new advancing and emerging technology. He also enjoys being outdoors camping and playing tennis. Chris recently moved to Hutchinson, Kansas with his fiancé Kori Redetzke and they just welcomed their baby girl, Claire Ashley during the Summer of 2021. Chris began his customer service career at the age of 15 while working at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio. He specialized in games and customer interaction, with an amazing work ethic, he excelled at providing great customer service at a very young age. He moved on to an automotive shop starting as a lube/tire tech right after college. With phenomenal punctuality and willingness to help customers going above and beyond, he was promoted to an Assistant Manager and then quickly promoted to their General Manager at the age of 27. He led the mechanic/tire shop to record numbers while managing the store. If you ask Chris “What was the main factor for the shop’s success in exceeding expectations?” He responded, “I just want to help everyone as if they are my own family.” While Chris enjoyed working with one of his greatest passions…. cars…. he was also excited at an opportunity to work in a challenging and ever evolving health and benefits industry as a Customer Service Manager. This new position becoming our full time Customer Service Manager has provided him more opportunity to spend time with his new family.
